본 장비는 DMA(Differential Mobility Analyzer)를 이용하여 작은 사이즈(최소 4.0 nm ~ 최대 3.0 µm)의 입자를 측정할 수 있는 장비임
입자의 측정방식으로 Condensation Particle Counter 방식을 이용하고 있으며, 미세한 입자를 응축핵으로 하여 초미세입자 주위의 액체를 응축시켜 광학장치로 측정할 수 있게 함

Particle Size Range : 4.0 nm (D50 measured with tungsten oxide particles) to greater than 3 µm
Particle Concentration Accuracy : 5% for single particle counting (up to 100.000 p/cm³ at 0.6 lpm, up to 150.000 p/cm³ at 0.3 lpm 10% for photometric mode, up to 107 P/ccm (at specified conditions).
Response Time : T90 < 3 s
